When is a yorkie full grown??????????? 3 Attachment(s) Good Afternoon Everyone, I was wondering at what age is a Yorkie considered full grown? I am a little curious to see how much Molly will weigh when she is full grown and is done growing. She is 7 1/2 months old and she weighs 7lbs (LOL) Hope someone can answer my question Crystal :rbyorkie: |
Mine quit growing at 11 months old |
I guess, from what I read, that it could be different for each dog. My Yorkie is 6 months old & weighs 10 lbs. He is not fat, just long & solid. He might be a silky, not sure, but I don't care!!!!!!!! I love him to death & he is in excellent health. |
Crystal, Mine seem to grow up to about 11 months so I would say yours still has a pound or maybe even two to go. |

I have heard and Bailey was pretty true on, at 9-12 months growing should be done, adult coat by 2 years old. |
Cali really stopped growing by 9 months. She may have put on a couple of ounces in the last 2 months |
I have a question but didn't want to start a whole new thread Tila (Tea-la) is 6 months old and weighs 4 pounds. should she get a lot bigger then? how much did your dog's grow in the remain months? |
ceeby will be a year old next month and he hasn't grown or filled out any since he was weighed at seven months. he weighed 3.4 pounds. he had a growth spurt at five months then has gained very little since and none since seven months. |
