Biewer??????? Hey Is this a Biewer yorkie and where is the face does it look wierd to only me in the other pic. But it is so tiny. http://www.terrificpets.com/dogs_for...asp?adid=15845 |
It could be, but it's hard to tell. Could be part s**tzu. IMO it looks like it has too much hair for a 3 month old yorkie. I couldn't make out it's face in either picture. It also look bigger than 12 ounces. I wouldn't buy anything that small. |
I agree, looks like part Shih Tzu..... I can't find the face either  |

Im not sure if it is a biewer or not, but I doubt it will be 2 lbs full grown. CHloe was 8 oz when I got her at 12 weeks and she is right under 3 lbs at 1 year and 5 months and that dog is 12 oz at 12 weeks which makes me think it will probobly get a little bigger than Chloe is right now, so maybe 4 lbs? Im sure its probobly differnt for all pups but just based on my own experience it sounds like the dog would be a little bigger. Its not a big deal I know, but if they might be exagerating size to get more money then I might question what they say the breed is too, you know what I mean? Its sure is a cute puppy though, it looks adorable! |
yea i thought it was a shiht zu but it was under yorkieshire terrier. yeah i doubt it will be that small also but u never know Albert was 14 oz @ about16 weeks and he is still 2lbs and a couple of ounces. he did not grow alot and he will be 1 on July 1st. |
Oh my goodness! I heard most for sale posts on that website are scams. And I found proof of that not too long ago. That same lady who is posting about the briewer (sp?) dog posted a yorkie at 16 weeks for sale last month on a website called nextdaypets.com. Then early this month she posted pictures of that same puppy on another site terrificpets.com saying she was 7 weeks now and asking for deposit by credit card. :thumbdown Here are the links of the two posts. http://www.nextdaypets.com/directory...193-e811.aspx# http://www.terrificpets.com/dogs_for...asp?adid=42818 |
The puppy looks like a mutt to me. It's cute, but only 2lbs full grown? Thats not healthy at all, and 1600 for a dog that doesnt even look purebread? If it was less than 1g that would be different, but I think that price is too much |
yes alot of the ads are scams on puppyfind. I was just looking through the ads and seen this particular ad. I myself am not looking for another yorkie. I am leaning more towards a maltese. but lilygurl thanks for the heads up. |
It is shih tzu or shih tzu mixed. If you look real close you can see his face and the face is smushed in like a shih tzu's and looks exactly like a shih tzu puppy. It is really sad that there are people out there that would scam someone like this. Whoever buys him is going to except a biewer and end up disapointed without money and with a shih tzu instead of a yorkie.:( :( |
No way is that a Yorkie. What a disgrace! I absolutely hate these people who do this - not just for the buyers (who are damn irresponsible anyway) but for those poor, poor dogs That little Yorkie in the other pictures - what a little darling she is and what a disgrace that she's been forced into wearing stuff for the 'cute' photoshoot (is one of those pictures taken in a pile of dirty laundry btw?!) Shocking. There should be laws brought in to stop this sickening trade |
it looks like a shih tzu to me. my sister in law has 4 of them with the same markings |
looks like a mix to me. |
I am no expert but I don't think yorkies come white and black only tan and black or a bit gray but never white. That is not a yorkie! |
