When do they start teething? I'm curious, when did your yorkies start their teething? :) |
I would say about 4 or 5 months |

Thanks to you both for your replies! Dolores is 3 months old so she'll still have her puppyteeth for a while more then. ;) |
4 months is when they start teething normally. the first to go are the incisors. |
ooh i thought mine was teething now..he is 10 weeks old...and likes to chew....isnt that teething? he loves the nylabone teething puppy bone. |
dogs like to chew on anything no matter how old. i've found that puppies chew from birth straight thru teething because even though at 10 weeks his adult teeth aren't coming in, he's still getting used to the teeth that are already in his mouth. after all he hasn't had them that long anyway, only a couple weeks. dogs just love the stimulation chewing has on their teeth and gums. |
