Mine have their tags on their backs because that's where the ring is on their harnesses. I don't keep a collar on mine except Dublin has a breakaway collar with a bell on it so that I can keep up with where he is.... :rolleyes:

I bought one of those gel ant farms on eBay and the next day the guy wasn't a registered user any more. I was worried, but still got my item just fine, so it probably isn't anything to worry about. And if you paid through paypal you can just file a claim on it if it never arrives! :thumbup:

My maxie did that too. I finally took them off and hooked them to his leash, which didn't help much if he snuck out, but hopefully someone would realize he was chipped.

Baby Bruno is a Brute who loves his tag. He wears a 'spike' collar to dress the part of Bruno. His tag is way too cool and interesting. I make sure the collar is off when inside just in case, so he won't hurt himself when he is kicking it's butt! :animal36 Kaitlyn

I have Ella's tag on the back of her harness so she can't reach it, but she does chew on the end of the lead whenever she can. I was told to put tobasco sauce on it or dog repellant and she would hate the taste and stop chewing it. I haven't done that though. Maybe the nailbiters stuff would work too. You would have to be careful with things like that though I think.

Oh they are so cute......I would love to have one, says U.S only though.....Bailey has 3 tags allready, wonder how many before he has to walk with his nose on the pavement ...lol....He only has his collar on when we go out because his hair gets clumpy under it if he has it on too long......MY Beagle chews his though , I am glad his get replaced every year, by then they are unreadable from his chewing.

Yep, my trixie chews on hers. I wish I could get another one but it was her dog license she chewed on, her name tag she does not chew on. I had to spray bitter apple on it.

Sissy chews on hers, too. She can reach it because I keep her collar fairly loose. If it was snug, she couldn't reach the tag - but then I'd be worried about her trachea! Although she chews in it a lot, it isn't scratched and you can very much read her information. It was one of those make it yourself at Petsmart.

Thats a good idea! I keep forgetting about deodorant! I know she doesn't like that because one day my deodorant fell, and she picked it up. She was making this funny face with her tongue. :animal36
