We're getting a new baby!!!
 
I can hardly wait. We get to bring our baby home in 2 weeks. Our neighbors are breeders and I'm trying despereately NOT to bother them by visiting our new pup "Trace", but it's so hard :) Wonder if they'll let him just come to visit in the mean time?????? I love that puppy face.

Congratulations on your new baby. Wow, that must be difficult staying away when he is so close. I'd be caught peeking in the windows. :D Trace is a cute name.

i dont suggest you take puppyloves approach, if you start peeking in windows you could be mistaken for a prowler and arrested :p ...... but i know what you mean, at least you get to see her "grow up" and her breeders will be able to see her everyday ;)

TRACE!! That name was on my list for my sone because my sister in law's name is Tracey and almost named him that! I love that name! Congratulations and welcome to Yorkie Talk.

Congrats!!! "Trace"...great name, and fitting...as he will leave you marks around the house so you can find him!! (Sorry, I couldn't resist!!) I am so excited for you!! Maybe you could "happen" to think of new puppy questions each day that you "must" go next door to get answered..why call when they are right next door? :D Hmmm...."may I borrow a cup of sugar?"..."my kid's ball went in your backyard"..... :D

You guys are too funny. My daughter picked out his name after Trace Adkins, a country singer. He has a song titled "rough and ready", and she said that's what this little bundle of fur thinks he is. Thanks for the welcome, I've been reading the site for a couple of weeks now.
Deb (who will stay in her own yard today and NOT visit the puppy, nor borrow sugar, nor peek in windows, nor throw her daughter's toys into the yard....LOL)

Congratulations on your new yorkie!!!! I'm actually getting an one year old Yorkie in two weeks. My boyfriend's mother can't take of him anymore due to medical conditions that she is in. But the funny thing is that she thinks that the Yorkie is going to a doctor at his job...lol. I haven't met his mother yet. He told me yesterday the good news. He made up the story about the doctor and his mother said yes but only if the doctor (me) pays $400.00...lol. It's kinda of that he lied to her, but i'm excited that he's going to mine. He's name is Spankie. :-)

How exciting for you, congratulations!! Oh definitely come up with excuses to have to visit your pup, ha haaa! But actually, I bet your neighbor wont mind you visiting Trace often, it will show her how much you care and are interested...

BCHGRL, I can see it now. Take a cup in your hand, throw flour in your face, go to your neighbors and ring the bell. When they answer stick the cup in their hands and ask "May I please borrow a cup of sugar? And since I am already here, do ya think maybe I could visit my baby?" Now, who can be angry at such a set up??
