I'm going Crazy here. Could this day go by any slower. I pick up Chachi at the airport tonight at 11:13. I plan to leave the house around 10PM. What can I do to make the day go faster? Usually time just flies when I am on here, but today even this is dragging. Ollie's favorite toy is the Fisher Price Snoopy pull toy. I've been watching her play with it thinking how much fun she will have when she has a real dog to play with. I sure hope they like each other, and I hope the flight is not too traumatic for the poor little guy. The breeder should be at the airport with him now. she said she'd call when she gets him on the plane. |
Try cleaning house or watching a few movies. Or try my favorite, take a nap that always make the day go by faster for me. |
Hmmmm...Nap sounds like a good one to me!!! How about go to the petstore and do some puppy shopping? I'm sure you probably already have a ton of stuff for him but it's fun to look around and it will get you (and Ollie if you have a petsmart near you) out for some last minute one on one bonding time!! ;) |

What an exciting time!!! I'm not getting my second puppy until July, and I'm going crazy! I can't image how I'll be when it's only a few hours away!! I, too, have the same anxieties...will they like each other?? I would plan something good for dinner and go to the grocery store. Run some errands. Maybe go to the pet store then to the grocery store. |
I just got a call from the breeder she just put him on the plane. She said he was so scared. I'll have to go to the pet store to get some nutrical, and some Ceasars dog food, she said that is what he is used to. |

Definately take the nutrical with to the airport he may need some right away. Poor baby let us know as soon a you can that he has arrived safely. |

30 minutes to go and I'm leaving to pick him up. I went to Petco to get nutrical or nutristat, and they didn't have any. I've never bought it before, but I assumed the pet store should have it. Well anyway, I have some small packets of honey so I will take one of them along. Usually when I am on here the time just flies by. Tonight it is just dragging. |

How exciting! I can t wait to see what your Chachi looks like. I am glad someone elses dog is going to have that name. I think it is a cute and original name and was surprised there werent more Chachis on here. Good luck Oh and you can get the nutrical at Petsmart. I get mine from my vet. |

Jeanie gosh it seemed like yesterday you said you were getting him in a few weeks and yet here it is..it's 11:30 so i'm thinking you are holding your new baby now. I can't wait to see pics of him. I am so happy for you. I know how excited you've been..now i'm going to be sitting here watching the clock waiting for your return lol.. |

i picked up my puppy today & i slept in so i wouldn't have to wait so long until i went to pick her up :) I only had to wait six more hours to get her after i had woken but to me it felt like 13+ hours! I didn't do much to make time fly by quicker, i watched video hits & did the tiniest bit of online shopping, i wish i came here earlier for some ideas! ;) |
