What are your yorkies fearless at?? The post about the vacuum attacker made me want to post this. I was curious what our funny little yorkies are fearless at... 1. Mine loves to attack the end of the blow dryer, while I'm drying her. I'm not sure if she if playing or if she doesn't like it. 2. She would love to rip apart end of the broom, no more sweeping for me... |
Mines not very fearless. He won't even jump from my small otomon. Oh well hes just a softy baby!!!! |
Tia is a fearless jumper. She tries to jump off furniture and give me a heart attack. She loves to just jump in mid air, it's amazing how high she can get! |
toby is fearless period..... hes not afraid of anything... e xcept the vacume |
Riley isn't scared of anything. He's fearless. He'll jump from any height and stand up with courage against anything. He's a a freak! He think he's like a Rottweiler! |
Fearless against any Dog & Person My Artie is fearless towards any Dog Breed and any person, he goes right up and greets everyone and everything from Dogs to Mules, skunks and racoons, pigs, goats you name it! But he's afraid of the vaccuum cleaner. I don't understand it? But Abigail is only 9 weeks old now and she doesn't care for other dogs, except Artie and only some people can pet her she is leery of everyone? So I guess it's just their different personalities? |
I dont know if its fearless,,or hatred... but Bailey, attacks... sweepers, brooms, dustrags(in motion), lint brushes, mower, canes, wheelchairs, scooters, bikes, skateboards, goes insane on the other side of the sliding door while Im outside cleaning the glass! Hates the shovel, that I use to clean out the litterbox.. . Its is pretty much ANYTHING that moves!! Oh and leafblowers, rakes, shovels, ... I could continue,,,, Oh and trying to brush or comb him..... Forget IT!! |
Lillie isn't afraid of the vacuum cleaner, but freaks out at the dust buster! Other than that she is fearless - jumps off the arm of the sofa and gives me a heart attack! |
Tuck has gotten the hang of only jumping off of the bed onto his "springboard" (two pillows stacked on top of each other) he figured this out the first couple of days that I had him. I just showed him how to climb up the pillows, and then go back down the same way and he's used it ever since. He's four months old now so he's starting to test the waters with going straight to the floor from couch, chair etc. Of course, I have pillows at the foot of each of these too for his safety. He attacks anything I try to clean with: mop, rag, broom, my hand, etc. |
Stomper is not scared of ANYTHING!! Really...even big dogs that are not so nice. He wants to play or attack!! The one thing he is not scared of is jumping...he has been known to get over a 6 foot doggy gate! I don't know how he does it, but he is not scared to do it! FYI...I took the doggy gate down...scared he is going to harm himself!! |
Pita is fearless around goats and other big animals which is kinda dangerous so I have to watch her, the goats will run from her but she doesn't know horses and donkeys will kick at her so I have to be careful. She's afraid of new people tho, even if she's in my arms she gets nervous around people she doesn't know. |
Schatzie is fearless to anything that moves!! It drives me crazy sometimes. :p |
Caesar... absolutely nothing but his reflection in the windows... I was going to talk about him chasing all cleaning utensils but that seems to be the norm with Yorkies...dust rags, vacuums, brooms etc. Loves meeting new people, new pets, etc. One night my husband, Caesar and me were laying in bed watching TV and something in the adjoining bathroom went kaboom. He is not much of a barker but boy did he ever. One of the shampoo bottles fell off the bathroom rail with the curtain closed. I had to take him into the bathroom open the curtain and show him. Of course he was behind my leg the whole time. I was making sure he would get over it cause that is the potty room during the night. Next morning he was a little leary but never thought about it again. Keep sharing....I love to read......... |
OK, does anyone else's Yorkie do this? Bo has this mountain goat fixation. Musta been one in a prior life?? He jumps up onto anything high and walks along the edge: the coffe table, the arms of the couch, the BACK of the couch, the ottoman. Anyplace high, he's there!! It's the strangest thing! Yeah, and it does scare me to death! |
