I Want A Mate For Tyler... Hi Everyone. If There Is Anyone Out There That Wants To Breed Their Dogs...please Contact Me. I Have A Black/brown Yorkie. Male. 5 Pounds. I Want To Neuter Him. His Marking His Territory All Over My House. I Don't Know What To Do! His Driving Me Crazy. But I Want Him To Have Babies Before I Do This. So I'm Looking For A Beautiful Girl For Him. So Please Help If You Can...thanks |
just so you know..... if he is marking now..... he will continue to mark after you breed him. The only way to avoid the marking is to neuter him before he turns...... but he turned already. My LungLung is a boy I was going to use as a stud..... he was falsely represented by his breeder and grew to be long with a horrible topline so I have since neutered him. He still marks and it is something I deal with and I love him to death..... he's my darling lap boy. My Maltese was neutered before he turned and he squats like a girl and NEVER misses the pads... they are both over 3 years old. |
yorkie4me: so when did you neuter your maltese before he "turn"? i have a 3 months old yorkie. i too want him to be a father before i take away his "manhood." so when do you recommend he mates before he "turn"? |
Is the marking still as before? Because Tyler is driving me crazy....I don't know what to do with him. He used to be such a good boy...but my house is stinky...I can't stand it...can you recommend me so products to clean...I have used almost everything by the way. I love him to death...but I feel he is taking advantage of the fact that I'm so loving.... |

My house is beautiful but it's a bit stinky. I have a girl come in once a week just to clean up the stink but it doesn't help. I knew this would be part of my life if I was going to raise unneutered boys so I've accepted it. The 2 marking boys I have are much better now and they will not do it IN FRONT of me but I still see spots from here and there and I know it is them. Good Luck!\\ Judy www.spoiledrottenyorkies.com |

The vinegar is perfect because it doesn't bleach or discolor your floor/carpets and prevents the dog from returning to that spot for bathroom/marking. I used a water spray bottle, made a solution of 3/4 hot water to 1/4 vinegar and sprayed my floors with a light mist. Mattie hasn't had an accident in the house in about two weeks. I'm due to lightly spray again. I'll do this until he's a year old and has full control of his bladder. Keep in mind, Yorkies are a smaller breed. It's not that they can't be housebroken - they can. You just have to take the time to really devote to it. Unlike a larger breed who can hold it for longer times due to their larger bladders, Yorkies have to go out more often, especially while they are young. I have never used a store-bought product to help with housebreaking or cleaning the marks/accidents. I have read up on them, went and checked them out, but it's all pretty much the same idea as the vinegar. I hope this helps. |
i have a question.....are they marking or peeing???? |
