Wake Up Everybody!!!
 

Why is everybody sleeping in on Saturday morning??? :D Sorry guys, I was woken up at 4:30 this morning by the phone and I'm bored. :mad: Interesting thread on white yorkies! My little pups (six of them) that are one week old now, several of them have a tiny bit of white on thier chest. I thought it was bizarre!!! Both the mom and daddy, which are both mine, are akc registered and have no white on them at all! I'm not a breeder and the pregnacy was an accident and I've been worried about the white and wanted to mention it here but was afraid you all would think I have mutant puppies :D , until I read that thread.

I'm going to post some new pictures of them today so you can see, assuming that you all will wake up already :p . One of them, the very tip of it's little paw paw (that's what I call their little paws) is PINK!! It's the cutest thing I've ever seen! My hubby wants to keep that one and call her Pinky:) Even though both my yorkies, Bentley and Bitsy, are both akc registered, Bentley, when I take him to Petsmart, has been accused of being a silky! His hair, the light colored part, is not the usual tan color, but is lighter, and I've looked at silkies on the internet, after being upset from a Petsmart trip, and Bentley does indeed resemble a silkie!

Anyway, I'm going to try and post new pictures this afternoon and would welcome anyone's thoughts and opinions! I especially want you to see the pink paw paw!

Can't wait to see the pics! Baby and puppy pics are so much fun!! I wasn't woken up quite as early as you, but I'm awake here on this Saturday morning too. I woke up at 6:00 to whinings so I took Hercules and Athena outside to go potty. Went back to bed and tried (unsuccessfully) to go back to sleep and finally got up for good at 7:00 with the little devils!! :D

Ruby woke me up at 5 'til 7....so ;) she laid next to me while I scratched her, then at 7, the alarm went off, and she started getting excited and wagging her tail and waking up Daddy...she likes EVERYONE to be awake!! Anyway, i can't wait to see your babies...and I am having cheese grits with my coffee....

oh, you should keep Pinky for sure!!

Hey, I'm right here with you guys. My internal clock woke me up at 6:00, then my external clock with that little "whine whine yip yip" alarm (have you seen those? very annoying) got me out of bed and told me to take it outside ASAP!!!! Imagine that! No sleeping in since we got Bo. But, ya know, I can't think of a better reason to get up!

Can't wait to see the pups. I LOVE puppy pix. Don't worry about the white spot. It seems quite common. Can't wait to see pinky!

Finally! Someone else is up besides me :p I couldn't even get my dogs up at 4:30 this morning! I tried to get Bentley up with me but as soon as I put him on the floor, he was scratching and begging to be put back in bed with daddy! So I did :( Good Morning!

I've got a minor, I hope, emergency this morning. Had the pups tails docked last Wednesday and I just noticed that one of them doesn't look good. I'm headed to the vet!

My furbaby got me up at 6:30 a.m California time. He's had breakfast and several potty breaks, I'm on my second cup of coffee. Aren't they something. I can't think of any better reason to get up at 6;30 a.m. on a Saturday though.

My Jewels got me up at 7:00. Just like you guys there is no sleeping in with her around. My other dog would sleep in all day if you let him. I've already had my coffee and reading the forum. I am sure your pups are adorable. I can't wait for the pictures.

Hee hee I am glad that I am not the only one getting woke up at an unearthly time of day on a saturday! Kai was up at 5:30 am cst....and there was NO going back to bed...unless I can sleep through her laying on my face and chewing on my ear!!! WHY OH WHY????

Awww, you guys are going to hate me! Tia didn't wake me up until around 9 am this morning! Of course, we were up until about three am! :)

My little monster also woke me up this morning at 4 am and I was not a happy camper considering I had to work today!! My busiest day of the week!!! Well we all kind of tossed and turned last night and well Luigi was soo tired but couldn't get comfy. I thought maybe he had to go outside and usually when I ask him if he has to peepee he gets all excited. But he didn't and he layed back down. So I didn't think he had to go. So I just got comfy again and Luigi crawled up on my back. I too was kind of out of it!!! But then I felt something kind weird and warm, the little sh#@! peepeed on my back!!! :eek: I didn't know whether to yell, or cry or laugh. I couldn't believe it. He hasn't had an accident since early February!!!! I woke my hubby up and he was so out of it he didn't even realize what I said and went back to sleep. Then I had to wash up, change my clothes, take him out and by the time I was ready to go back to bed, Luigi wanted to play or eat or something, cuz he would not go back to sleep. Then 6 am came around and it was time for me to get ready for work. So needless to say I have already had a long day!!!

I could've strangled Hefner last night. He barked until 1 am when I finally shut him in my walkin closet so he couldn't look outside and see the rabbits or whatever he was barking at!!!

I put Buddha in there with him to keep him company. My daughters were both out late and I had all three yorkies. I kept Chai in bed with me because she was the only one being "good". The boys kept wrestling on the bed.

Buddha started whining and scratching at the closet door at 4:30 so I got up and took him and Chai into my daughters' room so they could deal with them. I took Hefner back and he slept with me until 9! Luckily, I didn't have to get up early, but I am nursing a cold so I didn't feel real great.

Feel great now. It's spring and the sun is shining.
