I thought I found a lost Yorkie, and then the owner asked me out! Okay, I was driving down a main street in my town, and I saw a glimse of a dog without a leash walking in a restaurant parking lot. I looked over again and saw it was a Yorkie! Now, I saw a man walking too, but it didn't look like they were together because the Yorkie was far away from him (collar, no leash) and the guy was looking straight ahead walking. I quickly pulled over to the side of the road (probably could have caused an accident) and got out of the car. I said to the guy, "Is that your dog?" He said, "Yes." I told him that I was concerned because I saw a Yorkie running around without a leash and I didn't know if he was the owner. Then we got to talking about Yorkies, and I got to pet his  :animal36 . His Yorkie (can you believe I forgot his name and it was only about 2 hours ago?!?!?!) was 12lbs, ears down, and came running up to me wagging his tail and licking my face. The owner was shocked and said that he's usually not like that. Well, to make a long story longer :p, the guy asked me if I was seeing anybody! I told him that I just got out of a relationship and wasn't interested. It was the truth, but why don't I just lie? I should have just told him yes! Well, anyway I was just glad that the Yorkie was with an owner. I'd be too scared to let Baby off a leash and let her walk around by a busy street, or anywhere for that matter! Let alone, I think it's illegal in Jersey. |
I'd be too scared to go out with him too. |
You should've gone for it!! :) You never know until you "try" it! |
That made me smile Nicole! Funny story - too bad the timing wasn't right, huh? :) |

Hmmm...let's be specific... How about an incredible cutie :dribble: :dribble: with a great sense of humor, a home owner, two careers going on at once (lawyer AND doctor)? Anything else? :grin2: :dribble: |

The guy I described does exist. Can you believe it? Nah, not my bf, but one of my best friends. And yes, he IS a lawyer and now back in med-school studying to be a heart-surgeon. Owns a house in the city. Crazy workaholic. |

Also need to find one that INSISTS you need to quit working and shop more! :D |

I THINK he is. I'll let you know and will pack him on the next plane to Jersey for ya!! :D :D :D |
I keep trying to convince one of my single girlfriends that she should borrow one of my 4 pups--they would be a guy magnet for her. I can't tell how many guys come to talk to me about my quartet. |

I guess I gotta take Baby out to public places more often! :p |

Better yet, get Baby a playmate and take both of them out. Oh yeah, you'll definitely attract a good one! :hearts6: :hearts6: |
Now, if you two ever meet up again...it's fate. I'd drive by the exact same place and the exact same time tomorrow. :D |
See, this thread just reminds me of why hubby is FORBIDDEN to walk Nikko alone. ;) I have had pretty girls stop me while I was walking him to ooh and aah over how cute he is. Yorkies are chick and guy magnets. |
