This is Spike.We brought him home toady.He will be 9 months old on April 20th.And I just adore this little guy.We got him from Garlin Yorkies here in Ohio,lksdolls here on YT.Thanks so much Linda,we just love him.

Thanks everyone.Spike was a little shy last night and when I woke up this morning he was at my leg jumping up and down wanting me yo pet him.He's still being a little shy but he's coming around.He's just so sweet.

He is as bad as my tasha..lol she likes to sleep on the top of the chair and couch like that..lol..
He is such a sweety. So what does he weigh? Are you keeping the name spike? Is he trying to hog your bed yet? I'm happy for you..congrads..I can't wait to get my baby from linda..

Just wait! He's like a jumping box, up and down, up and down, up and down. BUT, never on you until you look at him or acknowledge he's there. He craves attention. By the way, our daughter, who thinks Spike is a spastic, said to tell you there are no returns! She loves animals but the Dr. Doolittle thing passed over her to our granddaughter. He was on my lap the night before he left, giving me lots of kisses like he always does. Sometimes his mouth is just a little too open and feels more like bitting. I told him, Spike, no bitting, they'll send you back..........keep bitting! I sure miss him already and it's been what, like only 24 hours since he's left here! Can't wait to see some pics him with your girls.

Thanks again evetone.I had to leave this morning so I put him in the kitchen with the gate up and when I cam home he was in the livingroom.I was like ok how did you get in here.So I went in the kitchen and watched and he climbed right up and over it.too funny.
Tasha'smom~yes,we are keeping the name Spike.I have always liked that name.I had actually named one my dad's coondog's Spike,he has passed away now.But the name fits him too,lol.Linda said he weighed 4.9 pds.I haven't weighed him on my scale,I do know my scales weighs them a little more.I'm hoping I can make it back up there,to meet both of you.

That's too funny. Guess you don't keep him in the kitchen anymore! I have a 30" gate across my kitchen to keep them out of there. It's actually 3 sections from an x-pen. He never even tried to climb it. He lived in our family room so maybe you living room is where he wants to make his new home. If he climbed the gate to get out of the kitchen, I think it would probably be a good thing that he doesn't want to be in there or you might find him on the table or counter tops. The 4.9 weight was from the last vet visit in December. I think he's added a little since then. Don't feel bad about the weight. I had Alphy listed at 6.9, also a December weight, but when I had him to the vet for his travel papers last month, he was 9.1 pounds.........I was in shock! I let the new mommy know right away and all she said was more to love!

Yep,I couldn't beleive how he climbed right over that gate.I had to laugh at him,lol.He still is real nervous when I tak ehim outside,I'm hoping that will get better the longer he's here.He finally drank some water this morning,so he did pee outside once for me today.I figure its going to take him a few days to get used to everything.

Yeah, it probably will take a couple of days, he was here for a long time.
