Don't Touch Me!! Chelsey had her anual shots yesterday AND she needed a "manicure" man oh man... she screamed blue murder again! it was so bad, poor Chanel whent along for the ride, my husband was holding Chanel while i was trying to hold and comfort Chelsey... the vet had a nieuw assistent helping her, this poor girl was getting all flustered while she was talking to Chelsey. Chanel felt SO bad for Chelsey she started crying with her  the vet said "awwwwww she's comforting her sister" She pulled some hair out to test it under the microscope because its breaking so much, but there was nothing to be found  she prescribed a bottle of Omega 3 & 6 - she has to take that for 1 month to see if there's improvement, vet also said, it could be "hormones" When she was done, the assistent offered them a treat, they both gave her the most disgusting look  and refused the offer, she than politely offered them another flavour they turned their heads! (such brats) While i was at the counter paying, i bought them a bottle of homeopathic Rescue remedie... for the next time we need a "manicre" hope it works lol |
awe poor baby...my muffy screams as well |
Next time take the treats they give, home. They are usually too mad to eat them there. |
LOL ! They take the Drama Queen PRIZE ! That was so cute...I know you hated hearing them scream - but at least you know they were screaming and crying over IMAGINED owies....How cute Chanel joined in.... Poor babies - Give them a big kiss from their overseas cousins....My Chanel and Cheri |
Hahaha next time i'm going to try and video tape the "trip to the vet" you won't believe what you see lol |
I might believe it except I only have one! KimMee can put on a real good show at the vet and groomers. You need ear plugs!!!!!!!!! DRAMA Sorry your little one was so upset. Their hearts race so fast- you know it can't be good for them. |

Hi V- yes she is doing alot better with this groomer. But I have to say- last time the groomer put her in the sling to trim her nails- Well- look out Exorcist because the sling wan't small enough and KimMee literally turned herself over in it- I couldn't help but laugh at the look on the Groomer's face :D |
LOL !! Spunky little girl ! I don't know what it is about yorkies and their NAILS.....my cocker Tessa practically hands me her feet - but with BOTH my Yorkie girls I have to wrap them in a towel.... and it really helps if you cover their eyes when clipping - Cheri will sit for me when I do that - but if she can see me trying to cut - she acts silly too. |
Great Idea!!!! Villette, what a GREAT idea to wrap them up in a towel and cover the eyes!!! THANKS for the tip  i will try that next time instead of having to take her to the vet for her nails. She knows what's coming as soon as we turn the corner to the vet's office, she starts shaking already lol Her nails grow really fast and she hates me to file them too, i groom them myself, simply because i hate to leave them behind with someone else. |
Poor Babies!!!! I think they need some treats, :) :) all that drama, you know they want some. Princess is a drama queen too. I take advil before I take her in :) |

LOL at the advil!! I had a STIFF DRINK when i came home :D |
Poor babies. Tucker understands. My poor baby has only been to his new vet 4 times. The day he got neutered, the day he got the stitches out, the day they did the needle aspiration on his lump and the day they did the surgery on the lump. Kenny said when he got out of the car Tucker was walking along all happy and when he realized where he was he stopped dead and kenny could not budge him! He had to pick him up. When he picked him up he started to whimper and Kenny almost lost it! Maybe after he gets his stitches out I'll take him there for a treat or something so he doesn't think it's a place that only awful things happen! |

XOXO |
Maddie says she can relate to Chelsey's tale of woe! Sure reminds me of Maddie! LOL Last night I was at the pet store and a lady there clips Maddie's nails. She did fine for the front feet, but the back ones she let out screams like she was being murdered. People in the store were coming to see what was happening and would laugh when they saw it was just a little yorkie being a drama queen. Crazy little dogs! LOL |
