at your dogs feet lol browniesmom has sent me pic of her chi and he has dew claws on this back legs,as you know yorkies dont have them on the back unless its a freak one,so im trying to remember if my brothers lab has them and i think she does.so it looks like some breeds have them and others dont so can you have a look at your dog no matter what breed it is and tell us if your dog has them please? also if i dog you use to have had them.i can just see loads of people all across usa counting there dogs toes lol :D

none of my yorkies have them.my mums gsd did my brothers lab has and my boyfriends brothers heinz 57 has them :D

I think all dogs are born with them but when they dock tails, the y also remove the dew claws, I could be wrong but I have never seen a dog without them unless removed!

Most Yorkies don't have them, but in reality many years (100's) down the line I do beleive all dogs had dew claws front and back. Most vets take them off now, because there are just useless toes. My westie had them. ;)

brandy yorkies dont have them on there back legs only front :) unless like i said a freak one.my 2 puppys i bred where born without them thats the only reason i know. :) yeah i know years ago they all had them but i was wondering what breeds now still have them on front and back. :)

My Bobby's dew claws were removed. He thought it was very odd that mummy was feeling up his legs! Hahahahahahahaha!

My Lucy has 4 toes in the front and 5 in the back.

Tino only has them on the front. None on the back!

Some Yorkies can have dew claws on back legs . It is rare but it can happen .

lol ahh i didnt mean a dog with a dew claw on the back leg is a freak,i ment the dew claw would be :D
