Kodah's Home
 

Well, we finally got to bring Kodah home this weekend! She is ten weeks old today. My youngest daughter (who is 20) & I drove three hours to pick her up. I'll have to admit I was a little nervous when I saw how tiny she was. She got a little car sick on her drive home (they fed her a HUGE treat right before we left) & she shared it back with us on the way home! :eek: Once home she ate like a little pig, drank her water well, played & slept for 7 hours straight thru the night! We were always going to let her sleep with us because we had our other Yorkie Mocha for 15 1/2 years sleep with us, but when I saw how small she was it just freaked me out & I put her new little soft bed down in a hamper basket beside our bed & she did great. We will see how long that lasts! :) The weather has been nice here in Oklahoma & Kodah loves outside. We have been taking her outside to do her thing & she is going but not sure she knows what she is doing (just getting lots of praise when she does!). She LOVES to play & I am amazed how spunky she is! Looks more like she hops to get around than walks! I warned you all before that I am little picture happy but here are a few I took of Kodah yesterday!

She is beautiful! And how talented you are at picture taking and editing!The tulip picture is wonderful. I have the hardest time getting a picture of my little girl. She's so busy the picture always turns out to be of her rear running away!

How sweet!!! We got our pup at 10weeks too. Enjoy it while it lasts b/c they're not puppies for long! Sully, 8mo., has a lot of puppy still left in him, though. :p Welcome home, Kodah!

Oh! SOO cute! You will just love her to pieces! For her even to be going outside potty is a great thing! Mine would go outside, then run inside and go rigaht in front of me! Took me until she was 9 months old to train her! And slept all through the night? How wonderful is that? I was up at all hours of the night, outside in my nightgown yelling, Go Potty! E-Gads! I am sooo glad that part is over! Ha! ENJOY! Pat
