Question about booster shots I know it's important not to get the last puppy shots at the same time as the first rabie shot when they're little. However, now that Jo is due for his 1 year boosters, which will include a 3 year rabie shot, should they still be done at different times? He did have a quite a bit of pain with the first rabie shot and the bump stayed there for a long time, in fact, you can still feel a tiny bit of it. |
Rabie shots have a tendency to do that. I only vaccinate every 3 yrs. |
That's what we've always done too but Jo had his 1 year rabies shot last year so this one will be the 3 year shot. I feel so bad after I saw how he felt with the first one and I don't want him to go through that again if he doesn't have to. |
