My mum definately! She looks after her when i go away (she tries not to give her back)and Pippa knows her and is always excited to see her. |
As others have said, I'd have to be dead before I gave up my precious Gabby and Gage. But for fun, if the day ever came that I HAD to get rid of them...and if hubby and my human boys couldn't take care of them, there would be a tough choice on who they would go to. I would send Gabby to my older sister (they are both "seniors"..LOL...my sister would KILL me for that statement!!). As for Gage, I'd probably send him to Villette because he really, really wants to be a spy kid and Cheri and Channel are just the 2 to teach him (don't worry V, he's been "fixed" and actually is now a part of the Brokeback Yorkie group). But then again, I would feel comfortable with anyone on YT having them....there is not one of you on here who would not love and take care of my babies just as you do your own:) Suzi |
Bettyeanne and Patrick! |
There would be two placed I'd consider, one is with my parents. They've only seen her on a vacation for two weeks, but love love love her. But if I'd absolutely have to place Trixie somehwere, I'd probably put her with my best friend. Her Bichon Friche dog is Trixie's best friend, and my friend would spoil Trixie rotten... |

I've been thinking about this, I have to have surgery the 24th, not to be morbid, but ya never know when they have to put ya out... so it has entered my mind.. So it would be my bf Jim or my mom.. Jim would take him I'm sure, but Like others have said,, Noone would take care of him the way I do.. But god forbid,, something would happen to me,,and someone would not take care of him as well as me,, ya know I'd haunt them. |

This is a good question and both of my rescue pets required a contract stating that the animals would go back to the shelter they came from. My breeder gave me a contract listing the backup person (if any) which is my mom, and that she must get the pup back if it does not work out at my home or if in the future the pup must be given up. No shelters or rescue organization for it's little future. I'm glad you posted this because most rescue groups seem to feel strongly about it enough that they add it in with the pet agreement. Bren |
