How much do you love your yorkie?
 
As I hold my sleeping yorkie Zoe in my arms, on her back like a baby, I just can't help but feel so much love for her! It almost makes me want to cry... she is just so trusting to lay there like that while I move all around.... she knows she is in a safe place and it just makes me SO happy! What a beautiful, sweet little girl I have. Have any of you wanted to cry because you are SO in love with your baby, or am I just an emotional nut? :rolleyes:

I totally understand what you mean. No, you are not an emotional nut. Well if you are then I'm one too :) I have sometimes felt the tears come up if the thought of losing Mitzi enters my head. I really love the little four legged furball :D She's my constant companion and footwarmer :D She asks for nothing except love (and the occasional bone) and I get so much more in return. There is nothing on earth as loyal and loving as a my little Yorkie. If that makes me nuts, then bring on the men in white coats! LoL!!

I love all my Yorkies with all my heart, although, I do have a favorite because she is here with me all the time, opposed to the other two, who are half away around the world.

They all give their love unconditionally and no matter what you say, what you do and how you are. I wish humans were as understanding and forgiving...

I can relate very well to what you are saying. We use to do the same with our precious Cassie and since she is gone there hasn't been a day that I have not cried for her. They become part of our lives. We are so glad we got our new baby and I have gotten real attatched to her and hubby has too. I tell her so often how much I love her and how precious she is. They know. Maybe it has been real hard for me over the loss of Cassie because it was an all night of trying to be there for her and not being able to do anything to change what was happening, the memories of that night are very difficult and all I can do is just be thankful that we was able to have the joy of her for all the years we was blessed to have her. Since I have found YT it has helped me a lot and I can see that there are others a lot like myself, we are a very lucky group of people, to have a precious pet and to know what it is to love one of the many precious gifts that God gives to us. Thank you for your post. as I read it I not only felt the love for Baby Blessing, but also the love I still carry in my heart for Cassie.

Yes, you are being an emotional nut, I suspect because you are female. Us macho men know that an animal is just that: a beast whose purpose is to work and serve its master. Why just tonight, as I was hugging my little man on the couch and allowing him to lick my face until he tired on his own accord, I was thinking how unspoiled and subservient my hounds are. Well, sure, they own hundreds of dollars in cute clothes and toys. And, yes, Eddie hasn't been alone for more than 5 hours in his 21 months on the planet. And, if you're splitting hairs, it may seem a little odd that I would carry our other little guy because he's too weak from surgery to hike in the deep snow but he still loves going on walks with his big brother. And don't even bring up the $100 carseat we just ordered for the two of them. That's just a safety issue.

But is that love?

You betcha.

There are not enough words to describe my feelings about my adorable little ones , especially with Nathan . I am very proud to see how they are today .
They are all rescued ones with their very sad stories . I remembered peoples asking me " Why are you taking this pack of troubles ? . My answer have always been " When there is love , there is always a chance to betterment ".

Bailey is definitely my one and only child ( except the cat).
I love him more than I ever thought possible. I often wonder what did I do, before I got him?

:cry8: I agree with all of you, no one can quite understand me and my love for Kloey, really my family thinks I've gone kookoo! But there is no doubt that she is everything to me and I really believe she knows how much she means to me!

I feel the same way about Baby. I was dealing with depression bad when I broke up with my fiancé. I am sooooo much better now b/c she just gives unconditional love and companionship that I've decided...who needs a man? LOL :D

I couldn't agree more! I love Bridget beyond words. Not a day goes by that I"m not incredibly grateful for the sunshine she brings to my life.

Well- I was loving her a whole lot yesterday. :luvu: She was wonderful! Peed and pooed outside... learned how to sit (Yea!!!) was lovey dovey...

And then this morning- :doh: She didn't want to go outside because it was super storming :lightning ( I guess I don't blame her!) and so she peed (quickly) outside, came back in, pooed in her litter box (which was fine) and then when I was trying to get my daughter ready for school (today was picture day so she needed help) she (Bella) peed on the carpet!!! :mad: I'm sure it was my fault and I should of crated her because I was so busy... but I figured I had just took her out so she'd be fine. :confused:

My daughter ended up missing the bus :eek: because of all the hectic-ness so I had to drive her to school. I was very frustrated and going :crazy: and then Bella puked on me!!! :cry:

I still love her but frustrated am I, and perhaps I should just go back to bed. :asleep:
