Tjm Has anyone had a yorkie with TJM? My E vet seems to think that's what's going on with one of my little ones. As she started pawing and screaming after her puppy dental. I took her to a dog dds after the intial puppy extractions and he x rayed and said all looked okay, but her tonsils were sore so gave her an anti biotic and also a steroid injection. He suggested that perhaps the vet used a clamp and they left it in too long or opened it too wide and it made her jaws sore.....well the story goes on, she still 7mos later paws and screams, so the E vet has her on some aspirin type meds and glucosmine and said we'll leave her on that for 2 wks and see how she does(oh, we've ruled out allergies and neck problems, via she eats allergy free doggie chow and was on anti biotics and anti histamines to no avail, plus we had her neck x rayed.) sooo at the end of these next 2 wks if no improvement she suggested a chiropractor....does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? Thanks in advance, Mary |
