A Good Puppy Shampoo/Conditioner Can someone recommend a good puppy shampoo and conditioner? Please let me know if it's tearless or not. Thanks! Counting the weeks down until Adrianna is home!! :aimeeyork |
I use Johnsons baby shampoo and the conditioner is called "my buddies" or something like that, but I was told by breeders to use baby shampoo. |
More responses please! Would love to hear more suggestions! |
I used Johnsons no more tears when they were babies. Now I use CC Systems |
I love PetSilk products. I order them online and they are very reasonable. What I use is a 12 oz bottle that can be diluted 16 to 1. So it lasts a very long time. I also like the Silk Serum they offer. My three have the most soft and shiney coats. At this point I can't see ever changing. http://mjm-petsilk.com/catalog.htm |
I strongly recommend Buddy Wash by Cloud Star - you can learn about their products at www.cloudstar.com They also have a conditioner This feels so luxurious on your hands and on the dogs because it is made from natural oils and herbs and other natural ingredients - so it is non-irrating. It's a great deodorizer, moisturizer and rejuvenator. I also use their conditioning spray - absolutely the best - gets out tangles, and can be used between baths to freshen up the dogs. And my dogs love the Cloud Star treats, too. I buy it here locally, but I know you can buy it directly from the company. :aimeeyork :) Yorkiesmiles |

They do have a lot of choices. That's what makes it nice also, to be able to use what's right for your dog. I use the Clean Scent, before that I tried the Rain Forest. I like both very much. With the price so low and being able to dilute it, you can't go wrong with trying different items. |
is it called Buddy wash? I checked out there site but not finding much but something called buddy wash. |
I like the Tropiclean line and the Chris Christiansen products. Even though baby shampoo is tearless, I have heard it wasn't the proper PH level for a dog and can be rather harsh for them. |
