Lottie is getting spayed
 
My little Lottie is getting spayed on Friday, she will go in in the morning at 9am and out at 5pm Iam so nervous she seems so small ,wish us luck! :aimeeyork

Good luck and I am sure she will not need it. Spaying is very general surgery now and easy to do. Dogs come thru it fine. Good luck again.

Try not to worry too much ...I think it's almost as hard on us as them but it's surprising how fast they bounce back...She'll be just fine....but good luck anyway !

Thank you so much Iam getting in quite a tiss thinking about my poor baby she will need to be fasted from 6pm thursday ready for friday morning but she is such a hungry horace I dont no how she will get on with this. She also still has a few baby teeth and I dont know if the vet will extract these or not I might go and see the vet to speak to them about this . Also not sure if they do this over in the US , but when I got Alfie sorted they said they could give him a test to see if he was going to be ok with the anaesthetic however this would be about £50 pounds extra I got it done , but my friend seemed to think that this was a con of some sort what do you guys think.

Well Lottie is home and all is well she is a bit sleepy and has had a pain med injection and has some medicine to take tomorrow. I had to take the collar lampshade thing off ,as she was so miserable with it on and she has not shown any signs of tampering wih it.Thanks for the support.

Glad to hear Lottie is well. Holly was spayed in Feb. She was very sleepy that night when we brought her home and the next day. By Sunday she was running around again with her brothers. Has Lottie eaten anything yet? That night Holly just drank some water and she had a little morsel of some wet food. But the next day she ate her reg dry food fine without a problem. Give Lottie lots of kisses for me and good luck!
