Holy cats, sounds like your guardian angel was working overtime. Thank goodness everything is ok 'cept the car. I don't guess Teah will be begging to go for rides with you now ;)

Thank the Lord you guys are all OK. I know ya'll must have been scared to death. Bless your hearts! How terrible! I can hardly wait to hear the rest of the story. I bet that little darling Teah was in shock. The car looked horrible.

What a scary story!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad you guys are alright. You asked about her ears. have you tried shaving them? Most all of us have had to do this because the hair weights the ears down. You might also have to tape them. But don't wait too long to do it or it might be too late.

How horrible! I am so glad that you are all okay! I remember the wonderful story about you giving the puppy to your wife.
As for the puppy's ears.... Some yorkies (mostly the bigger ones) ears never come up. Brandy's were down, then up, then kind of half way, and now they are always up. Brandy was from a horrible BYB. I felt like I wanted her to be a puppy and enjoy life since her early days were so hard for her. I didn't want to hold her down any more than I had to because I wanted to gain her trust. So basically I didn't do anything to her ears and they came up on their own. I kind of think that if it was meant to be, it will happen. So I never stessed about it. I think she's cute either way.
How is she doing after the accident? I am thinking that she might be skiddish. I would try not to do anything with her that stresses her out if she was injured. IMO because of what she has been through I wouldn't tape down her ears.
Take care of that little one and yourself too!

OMGosh! what a blessing every one is okay. Wow... that sounded so scary... I cannot imagine what was going through your wife's mind as she ran over to you... And then the baby :eek: ... She must have been so scared!

how do you shave their ears when you try they start fighting you and it scary

I take her to the groomers just for that. They do it in 2 minutes and charge me 5.00. It's the only thing she won't let me do.
