china has to go back hey i though t i would let you know that china has to go back after she has her pups. the good news is i still get to keep a pup. he said that if i didnt take her back or agree to take her home after the pups are born he would come get her now. i did not want her to die so i am going to pay for her surgery then after the six weeks is up i will take her and the other pup home. he promised to get jo vonnie the male yorkie fixed so that this wont happen again. :( |

What about this...You said that he has to have surgery to get these large pups out right? Tell them to spay her after they get all the babies out! Bam, problem fixed!!! |

i cant get her fixed he will sue me. i found out after he called and i agreed that i woudnt he recorded our conversation |

Did he ask to record the covo. I dont know about where you are at, but in texas you cant use that unless he has on tape that he asked to do it! |
I dont know TOO much about what all is goin on with China.. But I think that guy is NUTS!! He knew he has a male and female and he knew what was going to happen if he didnt get them fix! It is was me, I would fight it all the way! He dose not need to have a dog if he is welling to put there lifes in risk, weather or not he ment to or not. he knew what was going to happen. sorry i was going back over reading the post.. I think he just wants you to pay for the surgy. If is was me and I could not offred the surgy and I had to have some one else pay for it , I personaly would say can you have the dog fix, I cant offered this happening again. You should tell him you want to see the vet papers where he got him fixed before you give her back. It would only make scents to fix her scent there already in there getting the pups out.. I wonder if he is planing on breeding her... |
I am so sorry you have to give China up. This guy has no business with any dog, period! Most likely China will be pregnant within 4 months of having her babies. They usually come in heat every six months and that's from the time of the last breeding. grrrr At least you get a puppy to love out of this sad, sad situation. |
