Wax for the eye hair? A while back someone mentioned there was a wax the kids use to spike their hair that's also good to use on the hair between a Yorkie's eyes. Does anyone know the name of the was and where to get it? Also, Jo is always cleaning Riley's face...is this wax something that would be safe to use under those conditions? |
Anybody?? Please...I really don't want to have to trim the hair between Riley's eyes but it sticks up everywhere and it needs help. Vasaline disappears too fast. |
Am trying to grow Rosi's hair out between her eyes too , she looks terrible , i am using natural Bee Wax that i bought at Sally's , only thing she tries to rub it off on carpet , or she tries to eat it when i put it on....sigh |
Oh boy, I would like to know also. It won't go up in the ponytail. Looks like a mad man. |
The Vaseline does help but it also disappears pretty quick even if Jo doesn't lick it off! Jo's hair never did this...it went right in place but Riley's has a mind of it's own! I'm so tempted to cut it but I know I'll have to keep it cut or go through the aggrevation of letting it grow again so I might as well wait it out this time. |
I'm the one who uses the wax. It's called FX Molding Wax. It comes in a squatty clear plastic jar and it's green. I get it at WalMart in the hair section. |
Thank you susansmom! Jo cleans Riley's face several times a day so I'm wondering if it's safe if ingested? |
I don't know. I put it in my eye to see if it hurt, but I didn't eat it. The package might say something. |

What a good idea! Did it hurt? |
Chapstick! :D Trick someone told me about a few weeks ago. |
The hair wax didn't hurt a bit. No sting, nothing. I thought it would smart a little, but it didn't. |
