:confused: hey i am sure by now you all know that i do not own china she is here because the guy who breed her was just going to let her die.
if he wants her back and his wife dont let me know if i can keep her i think i have to take her back but he will just do it again because he wants the money from her pups.
china can not have pups on her own. and i do not have the money to keep doing this . i dont want to take her home she will just end up dieing.
he is like one of thos puppy mills.
i mean when it comes to being maintaned that part is good but he keeps breeding china and wont pay for her pups.
i am just thinking about keeping her and if he gets me into trouble i will show the reciept for everything i have paid for and hopefully god will be on my side what do you all think i should do ????????

I would keep her. It is just your word against his that shes yours and the only thing he is going to do is keep breeding her.

I would call the Humane Society or your animal control and talk to them about the situation. See what their advise would be.

he has her papers she is in his wifes name but he has everything.
the only thing i have is the bills and her.

I'm sorry. I haven't heard any of this. May I ask a few questions?
Why did he just give you his dog?
How do you know him?
Can you purchase China from him?

he gave me china because he didnt want to pay for her pups and he is my best friends husband. i have always liked china but i like her more now. i have china because he was just going to watch her die.
they paid 2500.00 dollers for her and scense she is pregnet he might want more and i highly doubt it anyway.

She does'nt sound much liek a best friend if she would give you a dog for you to pay for and then take her back. Have you tryed talking to her about this??? I would keep the dog and if he calls the police or somthing sue him in small claims court say you either want the money you have paid in or you want the dog, but STRESS you would rather have the dog over anything.... If your freind is that s**tty that she would take her back and not repay you then she would'nt be a friend of mine!!!

I was thinking the same thing. If my best friend mistreated a dog like this I'd kick her butt! :eek:

Wow...this all seems like bad news!! This friend of yours either is as smart as a brick (sorry) or is a bad friend. True she doesn't control what her husband does, but have you talked to her about this situation? If I were you I would keep China, and the pups. As this man is being irrisponsable with this dog, he doesn't deserve to have her, or her puppies, or money in return for her or her puppies. I would close my doors to these people taking advantage of your kindness. Please keep us updates. Good luck, and hang in there!

hey all it is not diane she has no idea what he is doing i tell her everything about her dogs she is in prison so i have to wait for her to write me back.
she went to prison last june she has no idea what goes on in her house. anyway i will let you all know how everything goes.
and im not letting him take atvantage of me i cant let china die i just cant and i wont. i am pretty sure diane will let me keep china i just have to wait for her to write me back. if not he can take me to court cause i am not giving her back ive made up my mind and it is not changing. :)

She didn't mention in this post, but her friend is not there right now. She is hoping to hear from her soon and that she can straighten it out.

Juanita - I hope you don't mind me saying so, but I know she is a good friend and this is not really her fault.

Not at all! I hope someone can help with your problem. Even if he has her papers, how can he prove she is the same dog?
