Found so many Scams on Puppyfind.com!!
 

:mad: Some of you know that I had to give up a little girl we had because she was not a dog for kids. Besides other problems I had with her, she is now in a wonderful,wonderful home with no kids.
I was able to place her by placing an Ad in puppyfind. I know there are scams out there but I didn't realize how many since now I am looking for a yorkie again! I searched on Puppyfind for all listings in FLorida that way I would take a drive and see the puppies in person first. Well I emailed like 7 people listed in Florida. Well guess what I've gotten 3 replies and ALL of them have said the same story!!! "I'm sorry we just moved to Nigeria and I can't take care of my puppy/puppies ,if you can transfer $600 blah,blah ,blah...
The other one I found had listed pups from $750-$1,500 Well I called this morning and was put on hold for like 5 minutes. I found it strange because I thought I was calling a house. Then they answer the phone and say " Please hold" again! Finally I wait patiently and get the girl on the phone. I asked her if I could see the puppies available in person and she said of course. I noticed the number is from Broward County ,so I asked her what part of Broward County are they in since I used to live in that county. She tells me Pembroke Pines. That is my first little red flag. I almost didn't want to ask her my next question but I did. Iasked them if by any chance they were Wizard Of Claws? And she said " Yes we are" My head started spinning I was already so angry because I know how terrible these people are!!!! I told her NEVER MIND and she tells me if I wanted a Rep to call me! I said NEVER MIND and hung up.
They sell AWFULLY sick puppies for $3000 and up! The owner drives a Hummer and the wife has a Lamborgini! I spent Saturday looking at puppies in person. I am NOT going to buy on impulse again!

I also forgot to mention that I searched through a bunch of sites and notice that Puppyfind has the same pictures used from these sites and the prices are totally different! The ones on puppyfind are $400-$600 and the websites are $1,800 + up . When I emailed the websites they told me that they have reported this to puppyfind several times but the people keep changing their names all the time and relisting the same dogs.

I hate that puppyfind has gotten such a bad rep. I have a little girl posted on there and am thinking about taking her off. She's the first time I've ever posted.
It's so sad that a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel. :(

Wizard of Claws has lawsuits against them, and also the humane society is complaining about them. They are terrible.

Also, I have found nothing but problems with puppyfind, I would never buy or list a puppy with them. I find too many false ads with them. Just like the one that ends up at Wizard of Claws.

Gosh, for some reason that doesn't surprise me...Puppyfind is FULL of scammers!! I'm sure there are a few genuine people on there, but I would be very, very careful buying from anyone on there. That's really sad, and lots of people get taken with these scams. They either don't get their dogs or are buying from places like Wizard of Claws! That just stinks...
