Hello and Welcome. I dont understand the question. Are you asking if Yorkies need help while having their puppies? Yes some do some have them on their own But there should always be some one there that can help if needed. Someone that knows what they are doing and knows how to help. Some do fine on their own. But some times A vets care is needed.

Welcome to yorkie talk. If you are wanting to know if they can deliver their pups on their own...some do and some don't. Not really sure what your asking other than that.

Sometimes they have pups with no hlep, sometimes with the help of the breeder, sometimes with the help of the vet AND sometimes it all but takes an act of God to get them out..you just never know which situation will happen with which female..so much fun for the breeder!!! LOL

Are you asking because you have a litter due? It's best to read up on Breeding,

I dont know much about yorkies. what happend was a really good friend of mine got into some trouble and she had to leave her with her husband. he was not suppose to breed china until she got home. and he dont want to deal with china being pregnet so i took on the challenge. Is she pregnant now? Do you know when the puppies are due? Did he mate her with another yorkie? How big is china?

yes china is pregnet now she is very well taken care of and she is about the size if the dog in your picture. have you ever seen a maltese? she is a small dog. i do not know how far along she is i have an oppointment at the vet on monday

Vet is a great idea. It takes about 63 days from the mating til delivery. Check her weight, a 3 pound dog will have trouble having pups on her own while a 7 pound or bigger will probably have an easier time. Also if the father is smaller than her, that might be better. I am sure she will be fine, but there is a lot you can do to make things go better. I hope you will spend a little time doing research, there is a lot of really good and helpful information on this website. Read through some of the 'breeder talk'. You can see some of the things other people are going through while having a pregnant mom and a new litter. It is a lot of fun if everything goes great!
