Well excuse me you didn't have to yell at me, but NO we did not, that is why I didn't say anything about it in the original post. That is what I was trying to explain that we went to her apartment for, the note or "contract" she was supposed to give me for the dog and didn't, and that she now refuses to write.

What I DO have is one handwritten note that says:

"sold 1 male yorkie terrier 8 wks old. $600.00. needs 2nd shots and continue with worming. Thank you"
and her signature

That sounds like a form of a contract to me and that would stand up in court if it came to that....

No, I did not mean for it to come out as yelling. Sorry 'bout that.

Well, that is a written receipt...best of luck in court and let us know how it turns out or if once she gets served, she refunds your money. :)

We did tell her to "go ahead, call them" when she threatened to call the cops. As for walking in to her house, there is no point as we truly believe that the dog is in Checotah (2 hours away). We would have driven to the house in Checotah weeks ago if we had a street address (all yahoo people search can provide us with is a PO Box).

When we went to her sister's house, there was a yorkie barking at us through the door. Nobody was home, so my boyfriend looked through the window but it was a full-grown yorkie and not our dog. Which is "lucky" for them, I suppose, because the door was unlocked and if it had been ours we would have just taken him with us. The thought of holding their obviously loved pet hostage, though, was very tempting.

Yea, it would be tempting... I would think about it also, but then it would put you to the same level as the awful people that are doing this to you. Keep your head up..... I hope everything works out for the best for you!!!!

Oak Creek apartments, and she also has a house with her sister on the side of OKC next to Midwest City. Could you send me an email (misscatears@gmail.com) and we could talk about you giving her a call? She definitely won't answer my phone calls anymore...

I hate to say it but I agree I think the only reason she wouldn't give you or let you see the dog is because she sold it. What an S.O.B. Definetly take her to court. I know you will be reunited with your furbaby soon. Goodluck and I hope that breeder gets what she deserves... Sorry that you have to go through this. :(

This is horrible. I agree you have a written receipt. That I think would stand up in any court of law. Good Luck.

So after searching the internet for awhile..we found out that this is the 2nd time she is being sued for dog related things... She was sued b/c someone bought a dog from her and it died..looks like she's sell sick dogs to me..

okay so amber actually called this guy that sued her and apparently she sold him a puppy with parvo..
