Getting Molly Today!
Well, today's the day! We are going to pick up Molly this afternoon and I can't wait. I spoke with the breeder yesterday and explained why I thought I should wait til today and she siad that was fine and really the best idea since we were going to be gone a few hours today. She said she would give her a bath and clip her toenails again early this afternoon to have her all ready to come home with us. My brother is giving me the playpen he and my mother had for my little girl at their house for her. He is getting married in Sept. and I told him and is fiance they should keep it because I "hope" one day they will need it, but she insisted I take it . She said when they did, she would get a new one probably at a shower or something, and that she knew my Mama would want me to have this one anyway, which I thought was really sweet. I still have mine from Ashlyn, which is like in perfect condition, too, but I'm saving it for their child!!
Anyway, I can't wait. I'm going to go start cooking for lunch tomorrow and get ready to go to the Easter party so hopefully I won't have to do a whole lot when i get Molly home a devote my attention to her! I'll let you guys know about her later. I'm sure I'll have lots to say!! :D |
