Oh my! That is her! When will these people stop! Hopefully Socal will see this and put her lawyer skills to some GOOD USE to try to stop these people. Seems like some way this site should be held responsible for providing the means for these people to do this.

That's so wrong that scammers do this. :mad: :mad: There definitely needs to be a law passed or like someone else said, Puppyfind needs to definitely screen their applicants somehow.

yes it is chai. that pic is all over the net. i can't count how many times i have seen it. The breeder advertises her puppies on one of those sites maybe nextday pets. i can't remember right now. but that is def. a scam

This is why I think when we take pictures, we use photoshop or paintshop even to type our names across the picture. It helps prevent theft.

Actually...not trying to be mean here, but that really does nothing. :rolleyes: I've used pictures before (i.e. transparencies for my students in school) and I've opened the picture in paintshop and airbrushed the wording out. I'm only using the pics for my personal benefit, and I'm not selling or misrepresenting anyones work, so I do it. Should I? Probably not. But...I need to get pics somewhere. :p

If you look on puppyfind.com, most of the posts are scams...... people are getting ripped off right and left!!! I can tell a scam from a mile away, but some poor people have NO idea! It makes me soooo mad!

I just saw that they even have him as sold. I feel so sorry for whoever paid for this puppy and didn't get him.

This is what it said under the pic. Maybe SoCal bought it from www.pet-puppystork.com and the lady is just using this pic as an example. If she is, maybe she should state that the pic is an example of others she has available. :D

Hey....thanks for noticing this....I couldn't tell any info from the ad cuz I don't have an account. I don't think it would be Ruthie Freeman's ad though cuz it says the price is $600. Did someone confirm that it is her?
