Do you call your Yorkie(s) any funny names? My Yorkie's "real" name is Baby Fidgette. We call her Baby because Fidgette is her middle name b/c she's can't sit still!! But...we call her many silly, funny names. One being "Poops or Poopies!" Well, you can all guess why!! :D It's funny b/c when I was at the Jersey Pet Expo this weekend I was walking Baby around. I called her, "Poops" to get her attention. This guy said, "Poops?" I said, "Yes, she poops all over the house." He said, "That is such a cute name! I love it!" I was glad he thought so. I thought he was going to tell me how repulsive that is to call your dog a piece of "you know what!" :lol tears So, do you have any silly names with stories? PS. I have one that I call Cuddle Bug, she loves to cuddle and looks like a bug with her top not down.. :D Then I know one called Buffy Duffy which just rimes. Oh how about Buggers....ha ha I could go on and on but thought I better let someone else..... :) |
Isn't it great that you can call them whatever you want and they'll still come a runnin? :D I know what I also forgot to ask...do you guys talk to your Yorkie in a "baby" voice? I always do!!! |
I think I talk to each of mine in a different voice.... But you know who ever I am talking to in a funny voice knows that I am talking to them because they come running... |
This is going to sound weird, but everyday my fiance and I make up new names for the dogs as a joke. Before we got Gertie we would call Biddy & Tucker couple names - like one day they were Joanie & Chachi, another day they were Sonny & Cher. Now that we have 3 we have to come up with threesomes, which is a little more difficult. Today they are Randy, Simon and Paula!!! |

Okay, I wasn't going to do it b/c I was afraid of sounding REALLY weird and silly. But I'll go for it. Below are all the names I call Baby. As you can see I have a lot of made up words. I actually call her any silly word that comes out of my mouth!! Pookies, Poo Poos, Woopies, Wookies, Fanookies, Nookas, Poopy Face, Monkey Face, Fanooks, Shmuckas, Nooka nooks, Nooks and Crannies...There are so many others I can't remember!!! |

Kobe has several nicknames. My hubby always calls him pooter pot. Other names are babers, sweet pea. But if we call him Kobe Tyne he knows we mean business and he will stop dead in his tracks. :p :) |
We have 10 dogs/puppies and each of them hasfar too many "other " names. I have a BIRO whose name is "Yes Ima Choklat Dancer" He came to me near Christmas and since Dancer was one of Santa's reindeer we call him Dnacer...lots of other names when he gets his big butt into trouble.. My choc is Snickers-Snicker Doodle;Snicker doo-doo; Schnink-Schnick; Skylar= mommie's big ole houndawg. And y'all are right-they come to any name AFTER they check out your hand to see if a goodie is in it.. |
