thanks for the update and congratulations. My little girl's name is Brandy as well. My little boy's name is Bailey. I think it's cute to say "Bailey and Brandy" plus they are both alcoholic beverages, but that can be our little secret! hehe. Have fun and post the pics even if you have to do it individually!
| Thats funny because we thought about calling the new one Bailey also for the same reason. My daughter wanted "Jack" for Jack Daniels. His previous owner named him Titan and so far we are just using that although he doesn't particularly seem to respond to it. It is a cute idea for a name for a little man but doesn't really roll off the tongue too easily. I guess we will see.
The first night was not too bad. Brandy sleeps with me and usually Dallas (my larger dog) sleeps on the floor by the door. Titan's old mom said he slept in her room in his own bed on the floor because she was afraid he would jump off the bed and hurt himself. So we go up to bed and Brandy and Dallas immediately stake out spots on the bed. Hubby wasn't home last night (firefighter on shift) so there was plenty of room for Dallas. Titan ran around on the floor and wined a little bit. After a while I picked him up to put him on the bed and Brandy and Dallas definitely did not approve. It was a little ugly for a moment. So back to the floor for Titan who was quiet for the rest of the night. I would imagine eventually Titan will make it up to the bed and Dallas will resume her position as sentry on the floor but I will let them work out the details.
So as far as pics - still nothing very good but I will attempt to attach a few from last night. Hope I can figure out how to do this again.
If this works the first pic is Titan and my daughter, Alexa. Second pic Brandy and Titan, Third is Brandy and forth is Brandy, Titan and Dallas. I'm assuming they stay in the same order I posted them. |
