The why I love Yorkies thread. Everyone please add to this! To start I'll keep my list short. 1- They are the biggest dog you'll ever know in the smallest package. 2- They are too cute :) and yes they know it! 3- They are true terriers and don't doubt that for a second. (I still think they belong in the Terrier group) 4- They are smart. Think about it who owns who? :p 5- Pure beauty... they are lookers. Don't confuse this with cute... a show yorkie will steal your heart (and best of show :)) very often. OK, my friends please add to this and I KNOW you can :D |

How true Mandy! Mia is the only family member in the house that can get away with anything! 1. There is nothing cuter than a yorkie! 2. They are very loving little dogs. 3. They have have such cute personalities 4. You quickly become addicted to the breed and everything about them. 5. Easy to care for, to love, spoil, pamper and baby and I love every minute of it! |
Why do I love Yorkies? Let me count the ways (my apologies to ... whoever said that, LOL): 1. The precious little yips, peeps, wuff wuffs, whines, whimpers & big boy barks! 2. That gorgeous tan fur on legs and belly! 3. The daily spin around the living room at break-neck speed! 4. The cute little stubby tail when its waggin'! 5. Sweet puppy kisses! 6. Every days a crazy hair day (at least until the top grows out). 7. They love to snuggle! 8. That soft soft fur!!!! 9. They are just so darn smart! (he actually comes to me and barks when he wants something, amazing!) 10. Mostly, I love Bo cause he shows me he loves me too in a thousand little ways! |

There's a billion reasons, as people above have stated, here's some more: 1. Their loyalty and total love for us 2. The cute whimpers they make sleeping 3. Their personalities really show (we always call Yoda a furry little human) 4. Their tails wagging 100mph when they are happy or excited 5. Their protective and comforting nature when you have a bad day or aren't feeling too well... |
They are one of God's greatest gifts!!! The unconditional love they give - you can see it in there eyes. The way they make me feel - joy, laughter, warmth, peace and comfort. Millions and millions more reasons that are embedded in my heart! |
