Okay, so when I got Chloe I paid for her with my own money, bought everything for her, etc...because I wanted her to be MY dog. WELL....My boyfriend works from home and she has decided that HE is her human. Everytime he walks by her and he says "What do you do when daddy comes?"...she rolls right over on her back and sticks her little belly in the air to be rubbed!!! All she does with me in bite on my fingers!!!

Anybody else's significant other taken over the puppy love?

I hear ya, my hubby got emerald for my birthday (hense came her name a fter my birth stone, for may) and she fell madely in love with him, she would go and curl up on his bare chest, and love him and give him kisses and me??/ i was left overs....LOL until she got pregnant and i was the one who gave her all the extra attention and then i was the one who helped give birth, i am now her favorite! lol!!!! I am SO EVIL!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

femals yorkies prefer men and male yorkies prefer women.
This why i chouse a little boy, even if i wanted a girl much more.
I just want to be the one for my doggy :)

Yeah, my little furbaby loves my boyfriend, she more so loves my other male dog.

Yup.. I hear that.. Lily Mae LOVES Jody! She is a brat when I tell her to stop doingg something but as soon as daddy tells her to stop she listens.. Also, when i come back she licks me for a little and goes off, when Jody comes in, she worships him.. I am jealous.. I think she loves him more

Glad to hear it's not just me!!! Her daddy thinks it's so funny! I guess it's good that she's worshiping him since I bought her without telling him and just showed up at the house with her...she won him over the second he saw her LOL

Plano is in Texas....suburb north of Dallas.

Tigger loves daddy and mommy both equally. I think it's because we made it a point to take turns scolding and being the bad guy if he did something wrong, and took turns loving on him. Mom brings home all the toys and daddy plays with him. It's kind of interesting. although he does seem to be a little bit more of a momma's boy. He sleeps on my lap all the time and can't be away from me for even a second.

Lady was supposed to be mine too:rolleyes: She has never been a mommys girl though,I guess its because its me who scolds her when she does something bad and daddy is the one who is just there to cuddle? lol.Anyway,I started getting really jelous so my husband bought me Jess,she is a REAL mommys girl:) Im getting a male in a few weeks time and Im hoping that hes a mommys boy too;)

Too funny, Mylittletigger!!! I was just there night before last. I live very north in Plano so the one in Frisco is closer but about once a month I come check to see what you guys have. :)

I have a male yorkie and he prefers my husband and oldest son over me :( When I worked from home I was his favorite. Now that I work outside the home he switched over. But I am still the one that does the most for him.

Vivi is a girl and she is definitely a mama's girl...I think it depends on the dog not the gender :aimeeyork
