getting the urge!!!! O.K. I have a problem....its called puppieitis!!!!! Zoe had her pups in Sept. two left in Dec. and we have kept Lizzie. Lizzie is 4 months and she is growing so fast...and now I want another one!! Brought this up to hubby last night and he looked at me as if I skipped my meds that day and I don't even take meds but I think he was looking into getting me some. Lizzie is so much fun...(Zoe is too but she has really calmed down after having the puppies....I think it is the 4 pounds she has gained since then..) I see all these people on here who are getting new puppies and I can't help but feel jealous...We were watching the video tape of when the pups were born and how they grew up (much too fast) and I was all sad inside....just like the feeling I get when I watch the tapes of my kids....I could give my husband a choice....either a new human baby or a fur baby.....what do you think??? hhhmmmm....I wonder which one he will pick.. ..or will it make him run and get those meds faster.... |
I think that the Yorkie puppyitis never goes away really. It's a HUGE choice to make!! if I had the choice between a fur baby or a human baby Id pick a fur baby anyday, LOL :D Best of luck in making that family decision. :p |
LOL!!! Furbaby!!!!   I'd go out and find one, bring him/her home, and when your Husband comes home and asked what did you do today? You can show him your new baby. That's what I did! I took so long looking for Princess, my husband and kids thought I gave up. Then one day when they came home, Princess was here, and Poncho was at the Vet getting neutered. :D :D :D |
I know I really want a third one but I think I am going to have to wait a while. |
I have an idea - give your HUBBY the Meds and then just go get a puppy - if you find the right drug he may not even notice ! :D |

LMAO :lol tears GOOD idea!! |
I get that feeling at times...but then I think back to all the potty training and puppy wildness and look at my girls and how far they have come and it makes me happy to have them at this age!!! I think having two is perfect, we can still take them places with us and yet they have each other to play with!!! |

You are too funny!!!! It just might work!!!! :yelrotflm :yelrotflm |
Villette... :eyetearss :eyetearss ..you are toooo funny...you really shouldn't be giving my those ideas. |
I don't even have Chloe home; yet. But, I would love to have another puppy so Chloe could have a friend. My parents would never go for 2 dogs in the house. They say 1 is plenty! Don't worry, I won't do it until I am on my own and have my own place. Then, I could bring the new puppy over to my parents, so Chloe could have a playmate. As much as I love dogs especially yorkies, 2 dogs at the same time are a handful. Especially with the costs of 2 vet bills and everything that comes with along with having a dog is double the cost. |
I would choose the furbaby!!! I gain too much weight (that never goes away) with the human babies. Actually, I am working on my hubby about getting an other puppy but no go. If you get this worked out to your advantage, tell me how you did it so I can use the same tactics. |
