Yes, YT is a wonderful place for all of us to forget about the worries and stresses of our every day life and it does help to "heal" in a lot of ways. I feel blessed to have found all the wonderful people on this forum when I did. I credit my yorkies and YT for helping me through a very very tough year as well! Both health and financial problems plagued my family in 2005 and YT helped me escape when times were almost unbearable. I am optimisitic about 2006 and I hope and pray that things with my family and all of yours are better this year and that there is resolution to the unrest in the world as well. :yorkietal :yorkietal :yorkietal |
No, Thank you!!! Awe.. Villette you are the just the bestest ever, girl... We love you very much. You deserve more than we can give you!!! But we try...lol. :D Thank you for being there for ALL of us. |
I have to say I totally agree with Villette!! Since I became a member I have come to value YT also...this is the perfect place to get advice, share stories, have a laugh or two, express opinions, but most importantly find support when we need it and make wonderful friendships. I also have to add that when I am reading a thread I ALWAYS look for V's posting because she tends to either give great advice, express her opinions wisely or, more times than not, put a giggle in my belly when I tend to need it the most. V...you are a shining example of the type of members on here that make YT such a wonderful place...THANK YOU SWEET LADY!! |
We Love Villette... We Love Her!!! Villette... Everything I would have said, has been said in all the previous posts! You are truly YT at it's finest! I firmly believe in the saying... "what goes around, comes around" Your caring and concern for everyone will be returned to you manyfold!!! I don't post much, but ever since I joined YT, your posts (and beautiful girls) are a very large contribution to my YT addiction! Thanks a lot!!! LOL... I'm so happy for your job news! You deserve it! I agree with you -- there are so many people on this forum who I consider friends -- and a lot are just through their posts and pictures. So much knowledge to glean -- if you know how to dig through some of the bull puckey... :embarasse Sometimes I know I've been spending way too much time on YT, as it has started affecting my sleep (or lack thereof)! Although I've never met, or talked to TXSHOPPER -- she kept me awake half the night last night in some strange, weird Yorkie Talk dream I was having!!! And, I had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to get to work... Anyways... I just wanted to add my thanks to you Villette -- as well as to many of the other wonderful yorkie mommies and daddies on this board! :thumbs up |
I am new here to, but have had the joy of knowing V- for a while longer. She is correct in saying what a wonderful bunch you are here on YT. The knowledge gained is worth more than a thousand books could tell. I love experiencing the day-to-day life with each of you. Villette you are the heart and soul here. What makes it wonderful is you don't even know it!! Its what makes you so special. You helped me with the death of my Mother..an you..a friend I have never even looked eye to eye with. Never has someone done that for me before! It meant more to me than you will ever know! I pray for your husband constantly and will continue to do so! Don't forget you and I have a lunch date on one of my trips back home! Love you so! Deb |

Villette, so glad you shared your good news! I am so thankful to have gotten to know you on the board and enjoy your post so much!!! You are like a staple around here and I know I speak for many when I say that you and your family are loved beyond measure and thought of so often because you have touched so many of us with your kindness and caring words. :) Your heart shines through all of your posts and even when I am not posting much I am here reading :) |

you play the devil's advocate so often to look at the other side of the question and I am so sorry for any time, I have made your day harder for you. God Bless You and I do hope things are better for you and your family in 2006. |
That's what's so nice about this site - we may start off knowing little about members - but sometimes we really get to know them almost as if really HAVE met in person..... It's really amazing actually how a computer can bring people together from ALL around the world - just because we love our yorkies... Very Cool ....and I just can't imagine my life now without a computer OR without the people I've met online. |
hugs from Oklahoma City Villette, You were there to offer your help for me if I had to come to MD Anderson for treatment of breast cancer. You offered to come get Max and Maggie from the RV Park and even keep them over the weekend. I will never forget your generous offer. It relieved my mind so much. However, I was able to stay in OKC. I wish comfort and peace as you and your husband face what lies ahead. You are a lovely person. God bless you. Donna Nance Max and Maggie's MOM |

I certainly have my DAYS like everyone when it seems HOPELESS and it's hard to go on, but despite the the drama on here sometimes, I have plenty of friends and they more than make up for the negative......I love helping people with service animals and legal issues and just the comaraderie that comes from enjoying the love that everyone here has for their yorkies!!! To me this is "more than just a yorkie forum", it is a community and I been blessed with soooo many good friends including you! |
