Thanks for all your suggestions. I think I'm going to try the MSG first. Peanut is 7 months already and still not trained. So she'll poo in the house and then eat it when we're not watching her. She's not the brightest crayon in the box. I have no idea why we can't train this dog. She'd be dead if she wasn't so darn cute :p. Thanks again...Maybe I'll make a post in a month to let you know if we've made any progress. |
Sarah, I forgot to ask our vet about how to stop poo eating. I had so many other questions for him, that I forgot the poo issue. I'm also going to try the MSG. Let us know how it works for Peanut and I'll let you know about Zoe. Wishing you and your furbabies the very best!! |
Sorry for posting again, but I also heard the if you put Tobasco their fresh poo and let them get a taste of the pepper, that will stop them. I may try that, too. Good luck!!!!! |
I have the same problem!!!! Annie is almost 1 yr. Sketter is almost 1 1/2 yr and both still do it. Annie more so then him. Vet gave me some pills didnt work, pinapple didnt, meat ten., a no go. And i've had them on the Missing link all along. Annie is the worst she eats EVERYTHING wood , papper, it just dont matter. I have to watch her every min. of the day. She eats sticks and rocks I just dont know what to do anymore. Any suggestions............ |
Bubba still eats poop. We tried Deter and thought it was over but he still enjoys a snack now and then and you can even call him away from it. yuuuuu ck |
