How To Know If You Can Afford A Dog! This article should be read by anyone considering getting a dog, however strong the lure. And it only covers the financial aspect, leaving aside so many other factors that go into the responsibility of having a dog in the home. The decision to bring home a dog should involve far more than just wanting a companion to love, a plaything for the kids or a momentary whim. https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/26/how-...own-a-dog.html |
You don’t want to even know how much Callie’s bills add up to in one year but she’s a senior with health issues. Sadly I know lots of people who get pets and do not do the medical basics and the poor dog ends up suffering. The first year of life for a puppy is crazy expensive with puppy shots and getting them fixed and so on and I don’t think people always think about that. I left a few things out when thinking about adding Ollie but I don’t have issues giving stuff up for my babies and making sure they get everything they need. |
