My Piccolo 2 Attachment(s) Hi Friends. I have been on YT a few times lately and hope to be back regularly. As I was posting this morning I had a tear in my eye seeing my pups pictures, especially Piccolo and my signature with Piccolo. I don't think I ever posted that she passed in March. Broke my heart. So, I need to change things (picture and signature) and will do soon. I feel very blessed that Piccolo was part of our family for 14 and half years. She was the reason I joined YT in 2008, due to searching info about cutaneous vasculitis. I have been so very lucky to have made so many friends on YT, some I still see on a regular basis. Many of our pups have passed, but our love for Yorkies stays strong. Someday I hope to get a new puppy. But in the meantime I am enjoying every minute of my two rescues, Dixie and Vivi. Lisa I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet Piccolo. She was a beautiful baby, thank you for sharing her photo. It breaks my heart when someones has looses their faithful lil baby. A time will come when you can remember the happier times and smile. I still get choked up over losing my Matese but I can now remember the happier times more then the bad ones. It's wonderful that you have two rescues that needed a loving forever home, and it's so good having you back HUGS. |

Lisa my heart goes out to you, I know it has been hard, dealing with the loss of precious Piccolo. She was so precious and beautiful, and one of the best dressed Yorkie girls we have ever seen here. Vivi and Dixie have surely had to adjust to her loss too, and it's good that they still have each other. When the time is right, I'm sure another precious pup will find it's way into your life, and you will again feel the joy of a newcomer to the pack. Hugs to all. By the way, you may notice I never changed my picture after Meika died 5 years ago..... she will always be part of my pack, and I too shed tears whenever I open YT and see her. |
Beautiful Piccolo. I was heartbroken for you when she passed. Our YT family has had to say goodbye to so many members. Seems like yesterday that we were all a young bunch. :) Rest in peace sweet Piccolo. Forever in your family's hearts. |

I remember Piccolo from back in 2008. She was such a beautiful girl! It does seem like the time has flown by... I'm so sorry for your loss. She was a very loved girl. I wish all dogs could have lives like our pups. |

I know the pain of loosing a constant companion.....sometimes it never goes away. I hope you will get to the place in your life where you are ready for a new puppy to fill some of that hole in the heart. |
