About bumps Does your Yorkie get little bumps or maybe they look like pimples on there back. She had one a while back and it was nothing. But it looks like it's back again and maybe another one. But maybe the first one didn't go all the way gone like I thought. But she does scratch a lot. thanks for taking the time to read my message and answering. |
If your baby is scratching a lot he may have allergies. Try this shampoo DOUXO calm shampoo you can get it from chewy.com. Follow the instructions of leaving on for 10 minutes. Bathing her once a week using this shampoo may help stop the scratching. She may also have environmental allergies if she's scratching a lot. You should talk to your vet about the scratching, your vet may want to try giving her Apoquel for allergies which may stop the scratching. I personally would start with that shampoo, my pup has allergies, he was getting Cytopoint shots every 4 to 6 weeks. He was scratching like crazy this past Feb. or March, I bought the above shampoo, the first bath with it the scratching stopped. He gets a bath every other week, using this shampoo the scratching stopped and so did the Cytopoint shots until June when the pollen was really heavy. Bathe her a few times using this shampoo, if she's still scratching I would speak to the vet about it. |
It sounds like a allergy and possible skin infection. You need to have the vet check it out. |
We didn't see the bumps on her till she got a haircut and after she went to the vet. I know she has some allergies. But I didn't think of saying anything about the scratching since it didn't seem that bad before we went to the vet. But it could be lose hair from the haircut. |
