My new Biewer Recently lost my wonderful little teacup yorkie and next week I'll be bringing home a new 12-week old Biewer Yorkie Terrier. Is there a difference between yorkies & viewers in terms of behavior or anything else I should know? |

Congrats on your soon to be new little baby, how exciting for you. From my reading of the Biewer breed the prey drive was bread out of them making the Biewer more of a lap dog then a hunter. No one on this forum that has a Biewer has ever written if the Biewer has any of a yorkies traits. Hopefully a Biewer owner will chime in to answer your question. |
Welcome & congrats |
I don't think this is true. In play, JakJak "hunts" his toys or me to be honest. He's not very good at being sneaky yet. I always know it's coming. Edited: meant to qoute matese in my response |

I can't give any advice but I know we are all looking forward to the puppy pics! :welcome4: |
I’m sorry for your loss. I don’t have any experience but I have heard from a few people that they are a little more laid back. |
Sorry for your loss but know you'll enjoy having your new little one around.:) |
new Biewer Hi, I just bought a four month old male Biewer, named Chester. He is very, very active, loves to play with our 4 year old Sheepadoodle. He weighs 5.5 pounds; she weighs 72 pounds, but she is very gentle when they play. He's the aggressor, but she loves him and his wild attention. Matt |
