Welcome to YT! You will find answers to pretty much any question you can come up with related to these little guys! |
You needn't worry about training your little girl, because she will have noooo problem, whatsoever, training you!!! Welcome to some of the best and craziest times you'll have... |
Welcome! Usually a "bad" dog is a bored dog. You might want to try dog puzzles and treat releasing toys. Training can take some time you just have to be consistent. |
Welcome to the forum! :wavey: |
Welcome to YT. These little ones can be very stubborn. They want to be the leaders and we have to patiently work them over to us being the leaders. I agree, short training sessions daily are the best. They can get bored and decide to do something else. Treats are a must and consistency and patience are a package deal. Keep on training and loving. You can't go wrong. |
I am new to the forum as well! Love my little Gracie! She’s 5 months. And yes we are working on potty training too! She does well I think anyway. But has just begun peeing in crate/bed when we leave her. Sure hate to backslide on the progress we’ve made. But we will keep trying. Going to give her a KONG tomorrow when I leave for work and see if that helps. My one question is, the best way to wash her bed after she has soiled it??? I’m wondering if now I’m nit getting the smell out. I spray with pet spray and wash in machine with detergent and hot water. I bought two new beds today just in case its my fault and not hers. The things we do for our babies!❤️❤️ |

I also cleaned the floor every time he peed with water&vinegar 1:1 as well spraying anything he shouldn't bite with apple cider&white vinegar 2:1. Seems like an efficient and non-toxic solution :animal-pa He hates the apple cider taste and smell. |
