Yes, I have checked w the Vet. So far its not medical so I was thinking it could be food or maybe baths once a week are too much? Idk. I try to wait longer than a week but believe it or not, He walks into the shower himself every chance he gets until I bathe him.
I'll try the fish oil.
I ignore what people say about his size. It really makes zero difference to me, he is the best dog in the world. I just hate how pushy and insistent they get. Like if you don't believe what he is that is fine but just shut up and move on. No, he doesn't look like a Schnauzer or anything else for that matter so just drop it. lol | That is SO cute how he likes to just walk into the shower himself! wow - that's like opposite of most dogs! :D
I also ignore people when they comment on my dogs' sizes. They always must ask if they are teacups. I just do a curt, nope they're Standard Yorkies and move along. I don't like explaining anymore. They only want to hear one thing. And when they hear me saying they're not teacups, they look at me like I'm the one who's crazy. It's interesting how many Yorkie owners out there don't know much about the breed. Quote:

My boys are brothers from two different litters: Couldn't be more different. Zeus is more standard (blue/golden and 5.5 lbs. like his mama), and Perseus is not (black/reddish-gold and 7 lbs. but with a slightly longer body like his daddy). I could care less if they were alien dogs from Mars. I love them more than anything. They both have sensitive stomachs and are on prescription food; however, Perseus suffers terribly from environmental allergies. He itches constantly and has drier skin. We use prescription dog shampoo and milk bath conditioner on him. (He also takes an allergy pill daily.) The poor baby went outside yesterday, and the pollen is so bad right now, we had to bathe him the minute he came inside. He'll try and lick the pollen off his feet and then sneezes constantly. It's best that he avoid outside right now. Bad thing is they both despise the heat, and we live in the worst area for them -- hot and humid most of the year. | I'm sorry to hear about Perseus' allergies. That sounds so hard to bear. I wish I could recommend something. Hehe.. move somewhere with less pollen? LOL |
