Yeah I think pet head made one that was like a gel or something not sure haven’t really looked around lately.

Petsmart does hair chalking. I've attached a couple of photos describing the process and a photo of a hair chalked dog.
I googled Yorkie mohawk hair color and found a Yorkie with a blue mohawk. Photo attached.

Careless, ignorant people--like owner of dyed dog--irritate the hell outa me and I just go off...Should I be faced with something similar in the future, I will try to remember to take a deep breath before responding. I can't make any promises, however. Sometimes a gal's gotta rant...! Personally, as for coloring hair, I like 'lectric purple or that cool burgundy color--for myself as well as pooches.

No worries we all do it. I was the queen of it a few years ago :)
