BarkBox Exchange? 2 Attachment(s) Shea is such a heavy chewer that he destroyed his newest Sherlock Holmes chew hat from BarkBox! What makes this even worse is that I upgraded him to the heavy chewer box before they shipped! He has little needle teeth and destroyed it in two hours! Does anyone have any experience with BarkBox exchanges and their customer services department? Are they pretty good about giving your pup a different toy and/or refunding? I know I won't get the whole price of the box back (and I wouldn't except them too) but it would be nice if they could do something. |
