Puppy licked face??? Does anyone let thier puppies lick thier face?, xx |
Umm.. not necessary "let them" but they sneak in a lick here and there... If I'm too tired, I'll let them "groom" my arm/leg as they please. LOL Then I take a shower... o_O |
Anytime he wants to. Just a very short time though. Can't do with lots of licks at once. |
Is there a risk of worms? I did worm her on saturday but she hasnt passed any worms xx |
I let Duchess lick my nose but every now and then she tries to sneak in a french kiss. She actually has been able to lick my tongue .....ewwwww. I caught her drinking out of my glass of water (no telling how long she was doing that before I caught her:p). I'm still alive and happy to report no infectious disease and no worms.:D But I could be immune because I've had pets my whole life:p |

I've let my dogs lick my face for 30 years and have never had a problem. Max and Sasha are continuing the tradition. Sasha will not stop once she starts. I went and bought a sign that says "WARNING - DOG CANNOT CONTROL HER LICKER" |

Ella is a total face licker... And I love it. My gal maltese was so sweet but wasn't a face licker. |
The only warning I have is the reverse one - not great if the pup is licking off facial creams body creams etc and most especially if there is an estrogen type cream you use. I don;t like my face being licked and sigh all dogs seem to love to lick my feet! It tickles me... |
As i said earlier I don't mind them licking my face at all. The part that I HATE is (don't read if you are squeamish) when they go up the nose. UUGGHHH! :eek: |
When my Kinder was a puppy I always let her lick me in the face. I kiss her little mouth too and she loves to give kisses. I think Kinder is cleaner than a lot of people. I rather have doggie germs than piggy human germs. I love my little girl so.......much. Susan |

Cooper loves to kiss and yes.... he sometimes gets and nostril lick in once in a while. He favorite thing tho is to wait patiently in the bathroom in front of the shower, waiting for me to finish. Then he starts licking the water off my right leg. Funny little guy... only the right leg. He is such an lovey little guy! |

All my now passed girls were kissing bandits, 30 + years of face kisses and I am still here also. I can understand about worms and kisses. Take a sample of her stool to your vet to be tested, put your mind at ease. Then you can enjoy puppy breath and loving kisses. Cody is cheap with his kisses, so are very welcomed when I do get them. Stool sample to vet ASAP. and enjoy your baby. |

I don't really let Scottie lick my face - just feel gross for him that he's licking off (consuming) my makeup and I'd feel gross for me because he's a poop eater (if he finds poop outside, he'll wanna eat it). My fiancé lets him lick his nose though. Think it's pretty cute :) At home, he always randomly walks up to me and give my leg/foot a lick and walks away lol.. And when he first greets me when I'm home from work, he's all over my hand :D |

Emma Licks all the time, but I don't let her lick my face. She kisses my daughter all the time in the face. |
