I know....and it still sucks even though I get why they do it, lol. But when it comes to my baby or vultures ...yeah I will be digging to China :D |

We used to let the dogs run on 30' leashes, but I've been too nervous lately with the hawk traffic in our yard. |
Raptor Shield I just moved to the Tucson Arizona area, and I'm concerned for my 9 and 12 lb babies. We're staying out in the boonies on a fenced 5 acre property, and now I have to worry about coyotes, rattlesnakes and poisonous toads. Also I see hawks. I have not seen owls, but I'm told they're here too. I'm interested in buying the Raptor Shield for my 2 dogs, with some additions. I think if I put a giant EYEBALL on the top of it, it would confuse the birds and make my dogs look less interesting/edible. The raptors might even think that the giant eyeball belongs to a large creature, and really scare the birds away. I would make the eyeball out of pieces of felt, foamie, or something else from the craft store. Then glue it to the top of the vest. Any ideas? What do you think? Would this add to the safety and effectiveness of the Raptor Shield. Thanks! Lisa Confetti |
