A great way to find lost pets This new company called Wistiki allows you to find your pet via an attached device on the collar. The device looks about the size of dog tag. I am seriously condsidering buying this product. Here's the link. Wistiki |
One of my neighbors put a TILE on his dog's collar. I always put one in my luggage, but ever thought about using it that way. |
I have used a "Nut" on my kiddo when we get out in large crowds. Bad part about all these for a dog is their range (usually 50-100 feet). When they get out of your range, you have to wait until they get into another users of that products range to get the next gps update. Depending on how common the product is, that could be days, weeks or never. A real time gps is more expensive, but better if you a dog who runs off. With these you can access the location any time. The unit costs more and you have to pay a monthly fee, but if anyone has a runner for a dog they may be worth it. |

It's small and really light so you can put it on their collars. But at the same time, if you have a 5 lbs furbutt, it might be little big. |
