Eye Boogies So yesterday I noticed something on Teddy's eye. It looked boogies in the middle of his eye. How can I help him when this happens? |
It usually works it was out to the corner of the eyes, then you can use a moist warm cotton ball to clean and remove it. |
My get their eye's cleaned daily so this doesn't happen. I use a warm wash cloth to this. This should be done daily. |
Use moistened cotton balls or a wash cloth and moisten everything first so you can pull away any harder pieces without hurting them. |
My dog has it too, when i bath him i just use my finger to very gently remove it, it's just easier with my (ring) finger because i can easily control how much pressure i use. I would not recommend cotton balls coz a lot of them leave a few pieces of it behind if you don't want to use ur finger take ear buds |

I also use a flea comb to comb from the corner of the eye downward on the snout. The closely spaced teeth of the comb are good for removing the moistened junk. |

Flea combs works really nice but I LOVE using the mustache comb! I comb out the face and the eyes area every day. Rarely have issues with boogies in their eye. :D I got the mustache comb at toplinepet. Mimimomo is the owner and I believe she gives 10% for YT members! You should check it out. toplinepet.com |

Anyone else tried out the tear stain wipes? I absolutely love it! Zoey's face get stinky sometimes if I get lazy cleaning her face. Especially the eyes area so these wipes are pretty handy. Espree |
I use a cotton ball with pure saline solution on it.. daily cleaning usually at night. With a gooding brushing and wipe down the booty and pee pee area. |
I use one of those finger cloth teeth cleaners (the ones that are made with mirco-fiber) was originally gonna use it to clean my girl's teeth but it was too bulky, but was perfect as a facial cloth :D Has a little elastic to stabilize the cloth using the next finger :) |
Thank guys I'll look into these! |
