Hello Everyone! It's been a while but I'm still here! Just wanted to drop in and say hello to all of my friends on YT. I hope everyone and their Yorkie Pups are doing well!! We are all good but have been so busy these past few months. My 86 yr. old Mom and her Chi moved in with my husband and I back in May. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks with Pneumonia and it really took a toll on her. She's so much better now but the change for all of us was very taxing. Hannah Nicole is doing great and will be 3 yrs. old soon. She's still the boss!! Time is just flying by!! I am still with my rescue group but am fostering kittens for the time being. Not everyone wants a cat but I have adopted out 3 in the past month to very good homes and will be meeting with a potential new owner for 2 of my kittens this weekend. Wish me and my kitties luck! Very surprised that my Mom is accepting of all of my animals but she is doing great with them. I now have her babysit when I have to run errands. She says they behave better when I'm gone. Now that things are settling down I hope to be on YT a lot more! |
:D Hello my sweetheart! Brilliant to see you back...busy, busy times - eh? I know how it feels... :) Big hugs from us over here :) xxx |
Well Thanks! And hugs to you too! I have a lot of catching up to do! |
It will be great to see your activity on here again! Glad the baby is doing well with your precious little mom moving in with you....my mom got pneumonia and it took a MAJOR toll on her health.....I had noticed about 3 years ago when I got my annual bout of flu, it just about killed me that year....the following year it was even worse, with me ending up hospitalized .....so now I take the flu shot.....just got mine yesterday! Great to have you back, hope and praying all is on an even keel in your home, and your precious little mom is doing super! Love on her just a little extra for me, as I miss loving on my own momma so very much..... |

Welcome back Joyce! I'm happy to hear that you and Hannah Nicole are doing well, and that your mom is recuperating well. |
Wow...you have been busy. Glad to hear you and yours are doing okay. Sounds like you are enjoying your fostering work. Very nice to see you here again. Hugs |

Welcome Back ... |
So great to see you back here :)! |
Welcome back Joyce |
Good to hear from you and glad all is well! |
Joyce, it is so good to see you back! I know how busy you must have been with your Mom settling into your home. Like Judy said...give her a hug as we miss our Moms. So great she is there to enjoy helping you with the foster kitties!! :) |
Thank you Everyone! It's good to be back! Amazing how life changes can affect us but we do what we must and my mom is at the top of my list. |
Welcome back! I have been gone a long time as well!!!!! Have fun with the kittens!!!! we actually just had a litter born last August- we ended up keeping them- so now I have 6 cats in our house plus the dogs...I have a household...and im NOT a cat person at all!!!!!!! needless to say, I clean a lot to make sure the house doesn't stink! LOL |

I saw your new post! Welcome back to you too! So glad to hear that you kept your litter of kittens! I have way too many of my own to keep any of mine! They are fun but my plate is full and mine are from feral cats that keep showing up here! I have spent more time at my vets office in the past few months spaying and neutering than I'd like not to mention the expense of that and flea meds and wormer...I am more of a dog person but do not have the heart to turn any hungry animal away. Fortunately my rescue is allowing me to post and show my kittens but I have to pay for everything out of pocket until they get adopted. One of my feral is a black female that I call October. I had to trap and crate her for a couple of mos. so that I could have her spayed. Lucky for me that I have the facilities to do that. Have your kitties spayed and neutered as soon as they are ready or you will end up with more. My problem is that we live in an area where people dump their animals and most of my cats are fed outdoors so we feed everything that comes up and they don't leave. Big mistake I know but no way I can keep cats in my house with my dogs or my mom. If you feed outdoors you will have more show up too! Needless to say we have no mice and that is a good thing considering we have 2 barns full of hay! Talk to you soon... |

I too, live in an area with lots of abandoned cats, it's a shame! Our kittens are already fixed, wormed and vaccinated! My vet is great, and they aren't too expensive. Being that we are avid Sons of Anarchy fans, my kittens are Teller, Chibs and Gemma! LOL.. As soon as I get home and up on my laptop, I will have to post some pics to give you all an update!!!!! I am NOT a cat person either, but these guys have my heart! |

I know what you mean! All of mine are ready to go to their new homes but I have one special boy named Sydney. His personality is like no other. He loves people and is such a ham! He sits on the stairs watching me through my office window with a toy in his mouth. Everyone at PetsMart is in love with him. It's gonna be hard to let him go! Then I have his sister Dot. Their cousins are Zan, Shelby, Ajuga and Tigger. Sydney has white twin brothers each with a green and blue eye. They were Tommy & Joey but their new owner changed their names. He also has a sister named Aurora who now has a huge Rottie brother that she bosses around. All of my kittens are well socialized and never bring their claws out. Unlike some of my other cats. I have a zoo of animals and am so glad I live in the country. I'm so glad you were able to keep your babies!! |

Awe, that sounds so sweet! Yeah, My Aunt was trying to ask me to give up my two boys, i said, no, i am too attached and so are they!!!!!! I should probably get the mom fixed, but she is a witch! i probably would get tore up! and we dont let our cats outside, so i don't know how she escaped! |
