I'm thinking this poster is saying yorkies back in the day were made with many types of other breeds. That being said, yorkies are now and have been for many years to be their own breed. So a purebred yorkie is NOT a mix of anything.

Just curious why this poster has only posted on "is my dog a yorkie" type threads and every one says the yorkie is not pure when everyone else is giving opinions that the dog is pure. Or giving false info about males cannot grow full coat. Or if a yorkie cannot grow full coat it is not pure.

Purty816, all I can think is that your really jealous that you don't have one of these little adorable babies. Its the only way I can make any since at all out of your posts.

Maybe if you are really nice this owner will let you look at a few more photos of her cute baby.

Lol you guys need to take a chill pill. Op asked if her dog is a Yorkie and I gave my opinion. No im not jealous because I don't have a Yorkie lol. I have 5 Yorkies right now so don't even trip. Its a forum where people can input what they want as long as its relevant. Me saying its not a yorkie, though you may not agree, is relevant and is not in way trolling. BTW, I am a guy and my Yorkie is named Purty.

She's almost 4 months? I think she looks like a full yorkie. Some have sparse hair and some have super thick coats, and their faces can have some variances depending on their lineage.. I think she's very cute!

I think Mr. Purty just knows how very little it takes to ruffle feathers up in this prideful hen house and so occasionally spits out something vague and contrary to popular opinion just cause it works. I could be wrong. Just my thought.
